On these days, you can meet and chat with students, recent graduates, and job seekers, conduct interviews, and network directly through chat, video, lectures, and open meeting rooms. It’s like a traditional career fair, but virtual—making it much more cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and inclusive.
How does a digital
recruitment event work?
As an employer, you will have a virtual booth on our virtual platform. Visitors can find information about your organization through videos, text, and images, as well as view your current student and job opportunities. Our platform offers matching technology, ensuring that candidates who fit your profile are directly matched with you as an exhibitor. As an exhibitor, you can work proactively by reaching out to visitors both within and outside your booth and save interesting candidates. After the event, you will receive a list of those who visited your booth for future follow-up.
The students log in to the platform with their CVs attached. During the event, you will have the opportunity to network through chat, video calls, and lectures, as well as collect applications, schedule interviews, and much more.
