About our services

Virtual Career Days is a digital platform where students and job seekers can meet employers through digital career events, booths, and presentations. The service is free of charge for users and is available via computer, mobile phone, and tablet.

When you register, you gain access to digital events, booths, and contact functions with employers.

By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

Your personal data

When you use our services, you share certain information with us. How this data is processed is described in our privacy policy.

Contact from exhibitors

When you participate in an event and visit one or more digital booths, you consent to your contact details being shared with the exhibitors you interact with. These exhibitors may contact you to follow up on your participation and to provide information about career opportunities and recruitment.

When your personal data is shared with an exhibitor, the exhibitor becomes an independent data controller for their further processing, for example recruitment, follow-up, and future contact. The exhibitor’s own privacy policy then applies.

You may object to or withdraw your consent to further contact at any time by primarily contacting the relevant exhibitor.
If you need help identifying which exhibitor has contacted you, you may also contact us.

What we expect from you

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

The service may only be used to participate in career events and to contact employers. It may not be used to build competing services or for improper use.

What happens if you breach the terms

In the event of a breach of these terms, we may suspend your account and claim compensation for any damages incurred.

Our responsibility

We strive to ensure that the service functions properly, but we cannot guarantee error-free operation or take responsibility for exhibitors’ offers, content, or recruitment processes.

We may send information and newsletters about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each mailing.

Changes

We may amend these terms and will publish the updated version on our websites.

Disputes

If we do not agree, we encourage you to first contact us so that we can try to resolve the situation smoothly. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with Swedish law in a Swedish court.

If you have any questions or no longer wish to be registered, you may contact us and your account will be deleted.
