Framtidsmässan
Framtidsmässan is not a new initiative.It was started back in 2015 within the Swedish Agency for the Future – on the initiative of four municipal councilors – with a clear goal: To help the public sector reach students and strengthen its future supply of skills.
For several years, the Future Fair brought together municipalities, regions and authorities together with thousands of students – with strong engagement and concrete meetings as a result. Since then, the concept has been further developed by Virtual Days into digital and scalable career events.
Now we take the next step
In March 2027, the Future Fair will be relaunched – adapted to how today's students discover, evaluate and choose employers. With the same basic idea. But in a reality where the competition for talent is considerably tougher.
